Business Development Manager


We require a self-driven, results-oriented and focused person with a positive outlook to assist the organisation in its Business Development initiatives. The person shall report directly to the Managing Director.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor Degree/Master in Business Administration/Marketing or equivalent.

Overall Responsibilities

  1. Prepare the annual Business Development Plan and the annual Work Plan.
  2. Define and follow up yearly targets and objectives in line with company business plan.
  3. Develop and implement strategies for acquisition of new business and promotion of products and services.
  4. Identify and determine business opportunities by researching industry and related events.
  5. Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys.
  6. Maintain and develop a computerised customer and prospective customer database.

Experience
At least five years experience in business development at management level in a reputable organisation with a large clientele base.
